Mail-in iPod Repairs
How it works
We offer a mail in repair service for all iPod models worldwide! First, select your model. Then, select the repair you want done. Then, go to checkout and place the order and we will provide you with the address to mail the iPod to. Please select ‘Bank Transfer’ as the payment method at checkout if you don’t want to pay upfront, you can pay however you like later. Please package the iPod appropriately and include a piece of paper with your name, email and return address so we don’t get it confused. Once we have received it we will complete the repair, send you an email to let you know its done and ready to be sent back.
If the issue with your iPod is not listed on the page and you would still like to get it fixed please send us a message and we can discuss. Not every issue can be fixed or is worth fixing on many of these iPods, particularly water damage and no power issues.

Experience. I specialise in repairing ipods. I have spent the last 5 years selling refurbished iPods on eBay and in that time i have fixed and sold over 3000 iPods across nearly every model. And as a result i have learnt my way around all of these fragile devices. I have all the right tools and equipment and the skill to use them in order to get the job done properly and effectively. I also have an extremely wide range of parts on hand meaning if something does go wrong, i will have a replacement.

Terms & Conditions
1. As these iPods are quite fragile there is always a risk that something might break or go wrong during the repair. If this is the case we will let you know and can provide a solution. As we specify in refurbished iPod we do have many of the parts on hand including replacement circuit boards so if something does brake we will have a part to replace it with. And if it is our fault, obviously at no additional cost. If we don’t have the part on hand this might mean additional wait time. But just understand that by using this service you accept the risk that something could go wrong.
2. There is no guarantee that the device can be fixed.
3. If we are unable to fix the device we will let you know as soon as possible and ask how you would wish to proceed. If you want us to send back the iPod we will reassemble it back into as close to the condition we received it in as possible and mail it back. A refund of the price paid minus the return postage label cost will be given. For instance, if you paid $50 and the return postage is $9, a refund of $41 will be given. By using this service you consent to all of this.
4. 30 day warranty. If the device has an issue with the replacement part or due to the repair within 30 days of the repair being completed we can either take another look at it or alternatively refund you. This excludes user damage. This excludes other issues that are not related to the repair.
5. If there are more/ other issues with the device than what was originally agreed upon there may be additional charges.
